Florida heat doesn’t wait—and when your AC stops, neither should you. If your unit is leaking water or not cooling at all, call us right away. We’ll work to restore comfort as quickly and safely as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I change my air filter?

For standard filters, we recommend changing them every 3 months. For media filters, every 6 months. Every home is different—pets, dust, and allergies may require more frequent changes.

Do I need a UV light?

It depends. If you have allergies or want to reduce microbial growth around the coil, a UV light can help. It’s not mandatory for every system, but it can be a strong addition for certain homes and sensitivities.

How often should maintenance be performed?

At least once a year is recommended. Ideally, twice a year is better in Florida's climate. Some customers—especially elderly homeowners—love our quarterly visits for a completely hands-off experience.

Cancellation Policy

Manufacturer warranties cover parts as long as the warranty is valid. If a manufacturer denies or voids a claim, the customer is responsible for reimbursing us for the balance of any warranty-related costs.
